Scents to Influence Your Mood

Ever catch a whiff of an apple pie and you are taken back to that one Thanksgiving when the whole family was home and laughter filled the air, or smell a long forgotten perfume that you wore on a first date and can remember what you wore and how he looked at you when his eyes first met yours?

It is crazy how scent can influence your mood or take you back to a wonderful memory (or a bad one), I searched and found out which  scents can instill which kind of mood. I find this very helpful in keeping myself on track with my blog, or needing to wind down after a stressful day. I hope this list helps you to figure out which scent or scents you need in your life: (slick on the image to see where to buy)

  1. To most of us, a smell is far beyond only a fragrance – it's a memory. Furthermore, these nostalgic fragrances aren't only an incident, there's a science behind why we esteem specific smells.
