When Amelia, Katie and I approached this section of woods off of a back road I knew it would be perfect paired with my magical tulle skirt! 

The amazing golden leaves and the soft lilac of the tulle paired together beautifully and I felt like a faerie princess prancing through a magical forest. 

It was absolutely the perfect setting and I am so glad I got to play in this skirt some more! 

Do you have that one magical piece of clothing in tour wardrobe, that may not be practical, but it is a necessity all the same?

Skylines and Tulle

I got this skirt shortly after my birthday when Urban Outfitters was having an amazing sale!! I had put it on my wish list, and became over-joyed when I saw that it had been reduced in price... and of course my next course of action was to snatch it up! 

Once I had it in my possession the next step was figuring out how and when to wear it! And sad but true, it sat in my closet for quite sometime. Everytime I went for it I thought ' I need to save this for something special' or ' Maybe I should wait until I drop 5 more lbs.'  I am sure some of you know this back and forth dance with certain pieces in your wardrobe. 

Finally last month I had a fun shoot with Kirk of Kirk Westwood Photography doing a sunrise shoot and the skirt was the perfect styling option for it. After seeing how the skirt looked I was determined to finally style it and get it on this blog! I got a basic black body suit to wear under it, which helps to reduce any bulkiness and then the belt helped with cinching and elongating the waist. 

What do you guys think about this outfit? Where would you wear it?
