Dressing for that In-Between Season Weather

When living in states like Virginia, you really never know what the weather is going to do during those in between months. Like this spring, it has been winter and now summer weather has been popping up! 

Below are some great pieces to add to your wardrobe to help during those days when you don't know what is going to happen!

Holding It Together

I found this dress in my sister's closet while looking for something to wear for dinner out with a friend. This dress is super cute but slightly restricting on the ladies, so probably not great for a full day of wear. I paired it with my go-to nude sandals to dress the outfit down. The long necklace and my hair helped to conceal my heaving bosom.

This outfit didn't make the cut, but I think it will make its way out into public at some point!

China Pattern

Anytime I see blue and white paired together in a floral pattern, I think of a china pattern. A bunch of years back I was out thrift shopping and I came across this full gorgeous set of bone china that was white with a beautiful blue toile pattern on it. I kick myself every time I think of it and wish I had just gotten it!

Well at least I have this dress! It is such a comfortable and easy piece to toss on! I chose to wear my low nude sandals (typical I know) to keep it chic, but casual. I am going to style this outfit for a evening of hitting the town so stay tuned!!
