On August 11th I was a part of the amazing bridal event: Cupcakes & Cocktails: A Bridal Soiree hosted at Stevenson Ridge by Darian & Dechele Events (Dechele Norman) & Miraculous Events (Lacoya Heggie). It was a Pinterest styled wedding event, where throughout the layout were Wedding themes displayed. Below are wedding gowns and hair and makeup for each theme (hair and makeup styling by me!). The gowns are from Formal Envy, so many lovely options. 

This event gave brides and grooms the option of seeing different themes they could choose for their special day as well as meeting a hand selected group of wedding vendors to make their dream come to life!

Pinups & Paintball 2014 Calendar

So for about half of this year I was working on a Pinups & Paintball Calendar with photographer Colt from Irish Lens Photography. Yes I know, an interesting concept. What drew me in to work on this project was the fact that some of the profits of the calendar are going to charity. The charity benefiting from this calendar is Erin's Army. Click on the link to learn more about their cause and how they are battling cancer. 

Not only is this calendar supporting the fight against cancer but, I did all the hair and makeup and was a model in it! Can things get any better!? 

The images in the calendar incorporate models/real paintaballers in pinup attire with various paintball equipment and each month supports a different team!

Wedding season is in full swing and it is going great! I have met some wonderful beautiful brides so far this year! 

I wore this on Wednesday for a trial run I had with a bride. I felt like I needed lots of color and some fun patterns as well. To add some definition to my waist I added this green leather belt. 

This outfit is a bit more eclectic than some of my previous ones but I was definitely feeling it especially since the weather was so sunny and wonderful outside!
