Damask Print

Damask prints and toile prints are some of my favorites! I absolutely love this top and it is perfect to pair with leggings or fitted pants! 

This is more of a fall outfit, but I found the photos and wanted to share them!

Jazzy Outfit in Anticipation of Spring

Curled my hair by doing pin curls...stay tuned for post on Thursday in how to do pin curls! 

Last week before the odd snow storm there was a day of pretty nice weather, and I was able to wear these beginning of spring type of clothing. The kind where you still need a bit of warmth but do not need to be bundled up to your nose.

I got this lovely little locket watch while I was in NYC last August at a little stand

I chose to wear an orange sweater because I thought it would help the weather to decide that it really did want to be warmer and not so cold anymore. The shoes were the perfect choice for the weather because they kept my toes covered but let my feet be a little exposed to the sun. The pants are a light cotton and spandex combo in a navy blue color.

I got these Carlos Santana shoes back in high school and when I was attending Barbizon's school for modeling. I really liked them at the time and they were comfortable to wear. 

The other day when I wore these it had been quite a while since they had been on my feet and I had forgotten how comfortable they were. I was on the fence for a bit on whether I should move them on or keep them.

I finally came to the decision that I probably wouldn't wear them as much as they deserved and so I decided that I am going to sell them on Threadflip!

A Walk in the Sunshine

While my sister was home on her winter break from school, we were able to take my little Bryan on a lot of walks, especially when the weather was nice out. This helped him a lot after the loss of Chloe. Being outside when it is a bit chilly and the sun is shining is his favorite thing to do, besides eating. 

On this lovely day I decided to dress with a bit of edge and comfort. The band, Municipal Waste, t-shirt is from my boyfriend, which I cut up a bit to add some interest to the top (I will admit that I have not listened to their music yet, but I plan on listening to it soon!). He had given me the shirt to wear when we attended a metal concert that he and his band had performed in as well as Tyr and some other metal bands. It was such a fun experience! 

Under the shirt I put a plain black t-shirt since it was a bit chilly. The pants I had on are one of my favorite pairs of pants! I got them during my time working at BCBG Max Azria The Factory Store. They are a legging that are comprised of two different materials, very stretchy and fit like a dream!

The shoes are from Aldo and are so comfortable! I wear them a lot for work. As you can see in the photos they make my feet look extremely small. :)

I hope the weather keeps warming up so I can take my little boo-bear on more walks!
