As a nice reprieve from the freezing weather I decided to play with some fun colors and create a striking look to step out of my everyday neutral colors. This look plunges into the beautiful blues, pinks, purples and greens to create an impressionist inspired composition!

Crown Brush: Professional Brushes for Less!





I discovered Crown Brush in an email I got from HauteLook. I decided to check it out and saw how amazing the prices were, so I decided to get a few and check them out. 

I am so glad I did because these brushes are so great; as you can see many made it to my favorite brushes list! They replicate a lot of different brands and do it very well and at a great price! 

I have gotten a few sets and some individual brushes from them. Even if one or two of the brushes start to shed a lot I just toss it and it isn't a big deal since they are so inexpensive. They are a great way for artists to build their kit or for people to get professional brushes without shelling out the cost!

They also offer a pro discount. So everyone check it out and try some of their sets or brushes and find out for yourself how amazing these brushes are!

I decided to do this tutorial because this palette that Dior came out with for their Spring collection is absolutely gorgeous, but definitely a bit intimidating  So I figured I could show you how to create a played down version of this palette.

Try out the look! You can do these steps with any color as the main color on your lid if you don’t want to put a magenta color on your eyes (even though it create a very fun look).  Remember to let me know if there are any other looks you would like me to make tutorials for!
