What's in My Bag: The True Story

 What's in my bag....

Haha just kidding, I wish my bag only contained those things! It would definitely make the bag lighter. But no, I can't keep myself from cluttering my bag with lipsticks and other odds and ends that just keep accumulating. It is so much easier to just add the things I need to the bag instead of going through it and taking out the things I don't need. Plus this amazing Nine west bag (similarmy sisters gave me for my birthday can hold so much! There is no way that 15 lipsticks are necessary on a day to day basis or 5 pens or all the other things that I just keep adding to this magical bottomless bag. Perhaps one day I will strive to correct this problem, but for now at least I took this opportunity to simplify things just a little bit.

This post forced me to reevaluate what was in my purse and actually get rid of all the extra stuff and now I just have the necessities! Who knows how long it will last, but for now it is nice not have a million pounds to tote around. Here are the things I find I can't leave home without:

-a photo of Bryan after he got a haircut -- miss that little wolf so much!

-a note pad for old-fashioned note taking and just one pen

-mints

-eye drops

- neutral lipstick (Dior Rouge 434 Rose Samarcande) and a red lipstick (NARS Lipstick Jungle Red)

-Dior Diorskin Nude Compact- my fave for touch-ups

-small sewing kit- for those mini wardrobe malfunctions

-Miss Dior purse vaporizer - refillable and so perfect to fit in any purse

-pretty tissues- they look nice in my purse and are there for me just in case I need one

-wallet

-La Fresh Makeup Remover Wipe

-Aldo sunglasses - these are interchangeable

-White House Black Market business card holder (similar) and my Moo.com business cards

Do you collect clutter in your purse? What are your necessities you need to have on you at all times?
